A Real World Evidence project does not start with a form and does not end when a database is completed. Our team can support every stage, combining technology, medical expertise, and analytical capability.

Evidentia enables dynamic CRFs tailored to each study logic, supporting field types, validations, conditional rules, and workflows beyond generic form tools.
Modeling complex information structures and clinical approval flows beyond generic survey tools.
The platform supports profile-based permissions for each responsibility:
Physicians and researchers
Data analysts
Pharmacovigilance specialists
Administrators
Custom roles per project
Evidentia uses AI to transform unstructured information into structured data from PDFs, Excel files, text reports, and clinical documents.
Automated extraction from PDFs and spreadsheets
Configurable quality rules per variable
Users can query project information in natural language instead of navigating multiple tables and filters.
What was the response rate in patients older than 65?
How many grade 3 adverse events were recorded in the last six months?
Compare outcomes between groups A and B.
Evidentia enables interactive and customizable dashboards to visualize indicators, apply filters, and explore project dimensions.
Cross-study KPI tracking
Segmented filters by cohort and period
Clinical-grade controls by default
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Role-based access control
Daily backups
Auditability and access traceability
Protection of sensitive information
Secure infrastructure
Architecture aligned with GDPR and HIPAA requirements as needed by each project
Users have access to a help desk for operational support. Behind Evidentia there is a team that understands both technology and medical-scientific requirements.
Follow-up on field incidents and data quality
Functional and technical support for all profiles
It depends on the scope of the project. Timelines are shaped by the number of forms, the complexity of validations and conditional rules, integrations with other sources, and how far the support goes: platform only, or also protocol, operations, and analysis. A study with CRFs already defined goes live sooner than an end-to-end project with its own roles, approval flows, and dashboards. The schedule is set with the team at the start, once the study design is clear.
Yes. Each study can have its own CRFs, with field types, validations, conditional rules, and workflows adapted to its logic. Permissions are defined by responsibility — physicians and researchers, data analysts, pharmacovigilance specialists, administrators, or other project roles — so each person can see and edit only what they need. Dashboards and natural-language queries are also tailored to that study's indicators and questions.
Evidentia includes two-factor authentication, role-based access control, daily backups, and access traceability. The infrastructure is built for sensitive clinical information. When a project requires it, the architecture is aligned with international data-protection standards such as GDPR and HIPAA. A help desk also supports day-to-day operations and understands both the platform and the medical and scientific context.
